The Importance of maintenance

The guys at West State did a fantastic job on my solar installation. It was quite technical and they really put the effort in to find a great solution. I’m very happy and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Firstly, West State Electric’s Japanese installer Hiroshi Yoneda (Hiro) was outstandingly good. His manners are impeccable, he is knowledgeable, communicates well, knows exactly what he is doing and has a great work ethic. It was a pleasure to have him here. He was so apologetic the installation couldn’t be finished at the first visit, but of course it wasn’t his fault at all! He worked very hard on both visits here and did a very good handover to me at the end.

We have just had 20 solar panels installed today by two very polite, personable, professional and prompt employees of West State Electrics. We would thoroughly recommend this company. Thanks guys so much you did an awesome job for us.

Roy Parsons - Hero and his offsider were great the install went well and was working by lunch time. He gave us all the info to setup the internet monitoring and its running well, I’m waiting on my tenant getting his first power bill to compare but he has had solar before and knows all the right ways to maximise usage. - The installers were great - professional and efficient.

Yesterday, 10th January the solar panels and system were installed at my residence. I feel you should be aware how pleasant Lyndon and Nathan, the two men who installed the system were. They were very courteous and polite and went out of their way to be helpful. They informed me when the power would be disconnected, what was happening and explained how to read the information appearing on the box.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, tidiness and quality of work that the team had done for him. It was done the way I would do it myself, I am overjoyed with the experience
